For decades, Tyler Archery Club has provided East Texans with a safe, family-friendly place to enjoy archery. Our members include recreational shooters, bowhunters, competitive archers, and families looking for an outdoor activity everyone can enjoy.
Located just outside Tyler, our range offers a relaxed atmosphere where beginners feel welcome and experienced archers have room to sharpen their skills.
Whether you’re interested in target shooting, leagues, tournaments, or simply spending an afternoon outdoors, we’d love to have you join us.

Our Ranges at Tyler Nature Center
Tyler Archery Club shoots at the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department’s Tyler Nature Center on Bascom Road in East Tyler. Members have year-round access to a 15-lane 3-D practice range, bag targets, and walking trails that lead to our 30-lane tournament course in the woods.

Getting here
Address area: TPWD Tyler Nature Center, Bascom Road (FM 848), Tyler, Texas
- Main entrance is off Bascom Road. Follow the black-dotted drive past the pond to the visitor center parking.
- South entrance is also on Bascom Road and leads toward TAC storage.
- Look for TAC signs along the walking trails (marked on the signs map).
The Nature Center is a public TPWD site. Stay on marked trails, park only in designated lots, and give other visitors room on the paths.
